Training Specialist

At Superior Choice Credit Union, we’re all about growth — for our members and our team. That’s why we’re looking for a Training Specialist who can turn policies into “aha!” moments and orientation into a warm welcome. You’ll be the go-to guru for onboarding, development, and keeping our people ready to rock their roles.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead new employee orientation that makes the first day feel like a win
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning
- Create handbooks, tutorials, and training materials that don’t collect dust
- Use tech to make learning flexible, accessible, and just-in-time
- Evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and continuously level-up our training programs
- Partner with departments to build a learning culture across the credit union
You’ll Thrive In This Role If You:
- Have 3–5 years of training or instructional experience under your belt
- You’ve worked in the financial world and know that training in this space takes accuracy, compliance, and a whole lot of clarity
- Love organizing information as much as you love helping people
- Can explain software or a new policy without anyone dozing off
- Are detail-obsessed, tech-savvy, and comfortable flying solo or working as part of a team
- Can travel when needed and communicate with everyone from new hires to execs

Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience with Microsoft Office, loan software, or training tech

- Bring positive energy to every session (and know how to read the room)
