Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts, on a contract basis. In this role, you will oversee key areas of human resources, including employee relations, benefits administration, and fostering a positive workplace culture. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working collaboratively to support organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
• Manage employee records, onboarding, offboarding, and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
• Oversee benefits administration, including leading Open Enrollment processes with accuracy and clarity.
• Act as a trusted advisor for employee relations, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive work environment.
• Facilitate clear and consistent internal communication between teams and leadership.
• Champion initiatives that strengthen company culture and align with organizational values.
• Utilize HRIS tools such as Bamboo to maintain accurate data and streamline HR processes.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure alignment on HR strategies and priorities.
• Provide support and guidance to employees, ensuring their needs are addressed effectively.• Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, preferably in a small to mid-sized organization.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with benefits administration and Open Enrollment processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms, such as Bamboo, and familiarity with payroll and benefits systems.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced setting with minimal structure, demonstrating adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work in-office on designated days when senior leadership is present.
