Position Summary

ABF Healthcare Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Practice Development Specialist to lead marketing, patient acquisition, and in-office sales growth across our expanding healthcare service lines. This role is responsible for driving revenue through strategic outreach, community partnerships, digital marketing collaboration, and direct patient conversion.

This is a high-impact position focused on growing services such as:

• IV Hydration Center
• Stem Cell & Regenerative Medicine
• Medical Weight Loss Programs
• Body Contouring Services
• Wellness and Preventative Care Services

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase patient volume and revenue.
• Promote and grow elective services including IV therapy, stem cells, weight loss, and body contouring.
• Build referral relationships with providers, gyms, wellness centers, and community partners.
• Conduct community outreach, seminars, and promotional events.
• Drive in-office sales by educating patients and increasing treatment acceptance rates.
• Train front desk and clinical teams on cross-selling and upselling services.
• Collaborate on digital marketing campaigns and track ROI.
• Meet and exceed monthly revenue and growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in healthcare marketing, medical sales, aesthetics, or wellness sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth and closing high-ticket services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable discussing pricing and converting leads into patients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven.

Compensation

Competitive base salary + performance bonuses/commission based on service growth and revenue targets.
