Job DescriptionAbout Us
At our organization, we have a straightforward mission:
Empowering individuals to improve their well-being.
We collaborate with a nationwide network of certified clinicians dedicated to providing compassionate and effective care for individuals, couples, and families. Our support extends to every aspect of your practice. From marketing and insurance to billing and technology, we handle the administrative tasks, allowing you to concentrate on:
Facilitating client healing and growth.
As a therapist with us, you will enjoy genuine schedule flexibility and the support of a team committed to enhancing the standards of behavioral health. Our focus on quality ensures that providers adhere to consistent care standards, enabling clients to feel supported and achieve measurable progress. We equip you with the necessary tools and guidance, including a measurement-informed approach to track outcomes and enhance your impact.
Why Join Us?
- Tailored Client Referrals: We assist you in creating a provider profile that showcases your specialties and clinical methods, ensuring that the right clients connect with you.
- Administrative Tasks Managed: We take care of credentialing, billing, claims, electronic health records, and technical support, allowing you to dedicate your time and energy to clinical work.
- Professional Independence: You have the freedom to choose how many clients you see and when. Adjust your schedule as needed. Both telehealth and in-person sessions are available (providers arrange their own office space for in-person care).

Providers are encouraged to engage clients with clinical measures during sessions—promoting completion, reviewing results, and, when necessary, addressing them live. This approach ensures clients receive optimal support while allowing you to demonstrate the effectiveness of your care.
