Job Details:

• On-call availability as needed
\n• Every other weekend requirement
\n• Plans, manages and coordinates professional nursing care for surgical patients
\n• Scrubs or circulates surgical cases maintaining AORN standards
\n• Specializes in General, Ortho, Vascular, Trauma, and Neuro surgeries
\n• Provides specialized care and treatment to surgical patients
\n• Directs and supervises ancillary nursing personnel
\n• Works in collaboration with all members of the health team
\n• Handles emergency or crisis situations
\n• Must assist with lifting, supporting, maneuvering patients weighing over 200 pounds
\n• Required certifications: CA RN License, BLS, ACLS
\n• Minimum 3+ years nursing experience required
\n• 1 year travel experience preferred
\n• Epic charting system experience required
\n• Previous charge experience preferred
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
\n• 20 orientation hours required
\n• 7-year work history verification required
\n• All certifications must be AHA and in hand at time of submittal
