Job Title: General Dentist
Job Type: Full-Time (Part-Time Considered)
Location: Jackson Township, NJ
Start Date: ASAP
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay Structure: 33–35% of collections or a $750–$800 daily guarantee for the first 6 months (biweekly pay)
- Average Annual Earnings: $200,000–$500,000
- Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage
- 401(k): 4% company match (eligible after 1 year; 100% vested on Day 1 of eligibility)
- Continuing Education: 10 CE credits annually + Annual Doctor Summit
- Professional Development: Quarterly Study Club
Responsibilities:
- Perform a wide range of general dentistry procedures, including:

- Molar Endodontics
- Crown & Bridge
- Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry
- Dentures and Extractions
- Educate patients on oral health and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Prescribe medications when necessary
- Deliver high-quality care in a modern, team-oriented practice
Requirements:
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active New Jersey dental license
