Role Description
We’re a repossession company seeking an Account Servicing Representative to join our team. In this role, you’ll manage client accounts and deliver excellent service through clear communication, organization, and problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Verify and scrub new accounts using company tools and resources, entering data accurately.
- Handle client calls: provide updates, address inquiries, and resolve issues.
- Communicate professionally with clients, ensuring clarity and timely follow-up.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong computer and typing skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience preferred (not required).
