This is a fully in-office position.
We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Evergreen Central Branch. This individual will be the first point of contact for our clients—answering inquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from first contact to service completion.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Delegating lead flow to Sales Department
- Schedule appointments and dispatch service technicians
- Provide information about services, pricing, and timelines
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service details
- Process Payments and Statements
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and billing support
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-years' Experience in a Professional Setting (Reception and/or CSR)
- High Diploma (or Equivalent)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mindset and positive attitude
- Good Adaptability Skills (Able to Remain Calm During Stressful Customer/Employee Encounters)
- Detail Orientated/Organized
- Industry Knowledge is preferred but not required
