Start Date: ASAP\nAssignment Length: 13 weeks\nShift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM\nGuaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week\n\nLicense Requirement:\n\nActive Alaska RN license required at time of submission (mandatory)\n\nUnit Details:\n\n20 headwall beds + 4 hallway beds\n\nPatient Ratio: 4:1 (6:1 for low-acuity ESI 4–5)\n\nEMR: EPIC\n\nEquipment: Lucas, Level 1, Alaris IV pumps, i-STAT, EPOC, GE monitors\n\nStaffing (Nights):\n\n1 Charge RN, 4 RNs, 1 Tech, 1 Unit Secretary\n\nRequirements:\n\nPrior ED experience required\n\nStroke & STEMI experience preferred\n\nPreferred: Trauma and Pediatrics\n\nCertifications Required:\n\nBLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIH, ENPC\n\nProcedures:\n\nSplinting\n\nBreathing treatments\n\nSchedule & Other Info:\n\nRotating weekends\n\nNo listed floating areas\n\nScrubs: Navy blue (professional fit)\n\nIdeal Candidate:\n\nFlexible, positive, efficient, team-oriented
