Are you a motivated sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced, agent-first environment? Do you love Medicare, but love driving production and leading people even more?

We’re looking for a Medicare Sales Representative for Ascentium Insurance Solutions. Ascentium Insurance Solutions provide Financial Service Providers and their Licensed Agents with resources to market and sell Medicare products. In this role, you’ll be leading licensed agents, driving campaigns, coaching on compliance, and helping financial professionals across the country sell with confidence.

What You’ll Do:

Lead With Energy & Vision

  • Motivate and manage agent relationships — coach, develop, and push production to new heights.
  • Work directly with licensed agents to grow Medicare sales across the country.
  • Host calls, create strategies, and maintain momentum around enrollment seasons.

Drive Sales-Focused Communication

  • Be the go-to contact for all things Medicare: contracting, licensing, certifications (AHIP), and onboarding.
  • Manage agent onboarding workflows — making it fast, easy, and impactful.
  • Respond to agent inquiries with urgency and clarity — keeping agents focused on closing business, not chasing paperwork.

Boost Marketing and Growth Initiatives

  • Collaborate with Luson Media to execute sales campaigns, email workflows, webinar strategies, and targeted messaging.
  • Track sales performance, agent activity, and campaign ROI to recommend smart next steps.
  • Represent Ascentium in trainings and as the Medicare sales expert.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years in Medicare sales, insurance sales, or team leadership
  • Working knowledge of AHIP certification, Medicare Advantage, and Supplement plans
  • A passion for motivating others, closing deals, and building relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills — juggling multiple agents, platforms, and priorities
  • Great communicator who’s as comfortable presenting on a call as managing a lead list
