Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA)&nbsp;to become a&nbsp;part of our team! We offer competitive pay rates along with night shift differential, weekend differential, and additional pay for maintaining strong attendance. All staff at Reflection Living are universal workers and do assist with housekeeping, cleaning, and resident care. 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Administer resident medication in a home plus setting (up to 12 residents per home)</li>
<li>Assist residents with ADLs</li>
<li>Communicate with the house nurse to ensure resident concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with state regulations throughout home during shift&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
​Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as a CMA preferred but not required</li>
<li>Must be actively licensed as a CMA in the state of Kansas</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment</li>
