Job Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: La Grange, IL 60525
Pay Rate: Starting at $50/hour
Shift: Full time, FMLA September through December
Description:
<ul>

Delivery of OT services to students in conjunction with the educational team.
</li>
<li>
Collaborate and communicate with staff administrators and parents
</li>
<li>
Highly organized
</li>
<li>
Provide daily documentation for services and implement plan
</li>
<li>
Ability to complete observations, evaluations and present written reports
</li>
<li>
Ability to consult with parents and school staff to give suggestions for intervention activities for both home and school
</li>
<li>
Ability to recommend and/or design adaptive equipment.
</li>
<li>
Caseload: Elementary
</li>
</ul>
Job Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>
IL State License as an OT
</li>
<li>
Recent experience as a school based OT
</li>
</ul>
