Sr. Account Executive

Were proactively pipelining Senior Account Executive talent in anticipation of new business growth. While this role is not an immediate opening, were excited to begin conversations with experienced account leaders who want to be part of whats next at Co.

The Role

This is a senior-level client leadership role for someone who brings confidence, sound judgment, and clarity to complex, integrated accounts. Youll lead day-to-day client relationships, guide cross-disciplinary teams, and ensure work is strategic, well executed, and moving forward.

This role reports to the Group Account Director and partners closely with Creative, Media, Analytics, Production, and Project Management.

What Youll Do

  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client lead, managing relationships, communication, and expectations
  • Lead client status meetings and contribute to presentations with confidence and polish
  • Translate client goals into clear briefs, scopes, timelines, and action plans
  • Manage integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, and traditional channels
  • Partner with internal teams to keep work on track, on budget, and high quality
  • Own client budgets, forecasting, and scopes; collaborate with Finance as needed
  • Review creative work and deliverables for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
  • Anticipate challenges early and bring thoughtful, solutions-oriented recommendations
  • Support and mentor junior account team members

What You Bring

  • 57+ years of account management or client services experience, ideally at an integrated agency
  • Proven ability to lead client relationships and manage complex accounts
  • Strong understanding of creative, production, and campaign workflows
  • Comfort owning budgets, scopes, and financial tracking
  • Clear, confident communicator with strong organizational skills
  • Strategic thinker who balances big-picture thinking with executional detail
  • Collaborative, proactive, and calm under pressure
