Job Summary
We have an immediate need for Licensed Master Plumbers for the state of Iowa join our dynamic team and lead plumbing projects across commercial and industrial sites. This role offers an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and site management. As a Licensed Master Plumber, you will oversee plumbing installations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and collaborate with project teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.
Must have Plumber license from Iowa or be eligible for reciprocity or a master license.
Must have all tools and PPE
Pay $40/150 per diem x7
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise plumbing installation and repair projects on commercial and industrial construction sites
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan plumbing layouts
- Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Coordinate with project managers, electricians, HVAC technicians, and other trades to facilitate seamless project execution
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding gear, and other mechanical tools to complete tasks
- Perform maintenance, remodeling, or troubleshooting of plumbing systems as needed
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to project specifications
Experience
- Must have Plumber license from Iowa or be eligible for reciprocity or a master license
- Proven experience in construction plumbing within commercial or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, HVAC systems, and mechanical components
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and schematics interpretation
- Familiarity with construction estimating, site safety protocols, heavy lifting techniques, and basic math skills
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of carpentry, remodeling, maintenance tasks, and field service operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and work effectively at heights or in confined spaces
