Associate or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT), and 1+ year of Cath Lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A specialized role is available for a skilled Cath Lab Technologist with cardiac catheterization experience in Lake Forest, IL. This position requires a dedicated professional with in-depth knowledge of cardiovascular procedures and active participation in interventional labs such as IR or EP.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Associate Degree in Applied Sciences.
  • ARRT Certification.
  • IEMA Licensure.
  • BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a cath lab or interventional radiology setting.
  • Proven expertise in procedures including PTCA (coronary angioplasty), coronary stenting, intra-aortic balloon placement, pacemaker insertions, atherectomy, IVUS, thrombectomy, FFR/Pressure wire, and arterial and venous sheath management.

Schedule:

  • Day shift: 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30).
  • On-call requirement: 7-8 days per month including weekends.
  • Holiday on-call with flexibility requested at hire.
  • Weekend work included.
  • 30-minute meal break per shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform cardiovascular imaging and assist in cardiac catheterization procedures.
  • Operate and manage specialized cath lab equipment confidently.
  • Collaborate effectively with medical teams to ensure quality patient care.
  • Provide skilled support during diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures.
