NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking 4 Banking Call Center Representatives (Contact Center Specialist) to join our onsite team in Riverside, RI. In this role, you will be a key contributor to delivering exceptional customer experiences by resolving inquiries, supporting banking products and digital solutions, and serving as an escalation point for more complex customer needs.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, analytical, and confident working independently while collaborating with team members and management to resolve issues efficiently and professionally.


Banking Call Center Representative

Location: Riverside, RI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Normal Business Hours
Work Environment: Onsite
Pay Rate: $20/hour



Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver consistently positive and memorable customer experiences via phone and online chat
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex customer inquiries, using sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Provide in-depth support across a full range of banking products and services, including digital and technical solutions
  • Work independently while leveraging team and management resources as needed to complete assignments successfully
  • De-escalate challenging situations using advanced communication techniques
  • Identify, communicate, and appropriately refer cross-sell opportunities that enhance customer satisfaction and relationships
  • Act as a subject matter resource for peers by demonstrating strong understanding of end-to-end processes and products
  • Maintain ownership of customer issues through resolution, escalating when appropriate
  • Accurately complete all required customer follow-up actions and documentation
  • Identify trends and conduct root cause analysis to support continuous improvement efforts
  • Serve as the “voice of the customer” by sharing feedback with leadership and through issue-tracking systems
  • Participate in ongoing and advanced training to build expertise and support professional growth


Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a banking, financial services, or call center environment preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and determine effective solutions
  • Comfortable handling escalated customer situations with professionalism and empathy
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently
  • Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new tools and technologies
