Pay: $23-26/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Standard business hours

Overview
We are seeking a detail?oriented Transportation Coordinator to support daily logistics operations for a growing organization. This temp?to?hire role will focus on coordinating shipments from multiple distribution centers to customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and cost?effective transportation execution.
?Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments from multiple distribution centers to customers
- Schedule and track shipments to ensure on?time delivery
- Communicate with carriers, distribution centers, and internal teams to resolve shipping issues
- Utilize Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and ERP systems to manage shipment data, routing, and documentation
- Monitor shipment performance and proactively address delays or exceptions
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to transportation activities
- Support continuous improvement efforts within transportation and logistics operations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain coordination (1-2 years)
- Hands?on experience using TMS and ERP systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem?solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast?paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools preferred
Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
