Overview
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Duration: 12 months
CTG is seeking a Quality Engineer to design and implement automation-driven test solutions for enterprise applications. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and overall application performance within Agile and DevOps environments.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement automation frameworks for backend, frontend, and API testing.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored test strategies and plans.

Lead test activities from requirements to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.

Drive improvements in productivity, coverage, and cycle time through automation.
Qualifications:

6+ years of experience in backend Java automation and REST API testing.

Strong skills with automation frameworks (Karate, BDD, Cucumber, Gherkin).

Knowledge of test strategies, code coverage, and QA best practices.

Familiarity with DevOps tools and version control systems (e.g., Git).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
