Entry Level Accountant Tasks & Duties (What you'll do)
-
Process and enter invoices, payments, and other financial data into our systems with accuracy
• Assist with basic accounts payable tasks and support the accounting team with ongoing projects
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets for tracking project and accounting data
• Provide front desk support: answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing general inquiries
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail; coordinate outgoing UPS/FedEx shipments
• Handle administrative duties to support multiple departments
You’re a Great Fit if You Have:
• Basic knowledge of accounts payable or general accounting principles
• Experience with data entry and working with Excel spreadsheets
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A team-first mindset and the ability to stay focused in a fast-paced environment

Day Shift, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Monday - Friday
Entry Level Accountant Qualifications (Requirements/Skills)
-
experience preferred
-
GED / High School Diploma
-
Able to work in the US
-
Experience in Bookkeeping
-
Knowledge of general accounting principles
-
Four-year degree in accounting
-
Able to work with little supervision
-
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
-
Able to pass a background check
-
Able to work in the US.
