Overview
As a Recruiting Coordinator at The Inline Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment team by conducting high-volume outreach to potential candidates.
Job Summary
Your primary responsibility will be to dial and text through a large volume of contacts,identifying viable numbers and passing them to recruiters. This role requires minimal direct candidate interaction, focusing instead on data accuracy, organization, and communication with the recruiting team. Recruiting Coordinators work full-time (9 AM to 5 PM CST) and report to the Recruitment Director. This role is ideal for individuals with customer service or administrative experience who are self-motivated, highly organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and emails daily to verify contact information.
- Identify viable phone numbers and pass them to recruiters for follow-up.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our internal CRM (RCP).
- Work closely with recruiters to ensure smooth handoffs of potential candidates.
- Communicate effectively with the recruiting team, providing clear and concise updates.
- Follow call and text scripts while adapting based on response trends.
- Organize outreach efforts to ensure all contacts are touched efficiently and systematically.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or a high-volume call environment preferred.
- Remote work experience preferred; must be comfortable managing time independently.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in concise and efficient handoffs to recruiters.
- Comfortable working with databases and CRM systems (training provided on RCP).
- Self-motivated and able to stay on task in a fast-paced, goal-driven role.
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 9 AM - 5 PM CST.
