Our client in Cranberry Township is seeking a self-motivated and independent Accounts Payable & Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle AP and payroll operations. This is a contract role through a staffing firm, with the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Responsibilities:

Handle full-cycle accounts payable including invoice processing, approvals, and payments

Perform accounts payable analysis

Track company equipment and location assignments
-
Process payroll accurately and timely
-
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and improve workflows

Respond professionally to escalated calls and inquiries
Qualifications:
-
At least 3 years of experience in accounts payable and payroll functions

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
-
Experience with QuickBooks is required

Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
-
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
-
Strong communication skills and an even-keeled demeanor for handling escalated situations
