<li>Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data to plan projects.</li>
<li>Prepare cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor.</li>
<li>Create and implement construction plans, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.</li>
<li>Manage project budgets and timelines.</li>
<li>Ensure adherence to specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with CAD Technicians, engineers, landscape architects, and other professionals to ensure project success.</li>
</ul>
<p>Essential Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.</li>
<li>Strong knowledge of engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.</li>
<li>Highly Proficient in Civil3D/AutoCAD and other design software.</li>
<li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li>
<li>Effective communication and collaboration skills.</li>
</ul>
<p>Desired Experience:</p>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of 3 year of experience in civil engineering.</li>
<li>Experience in designing site development projects.</li>
<li>Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.</li>
<li>Experience in using Civil 3D.</li>
<li>PE License Prefered </li>
