Core Responsibilities
- Service & Sales: Greet customers, take orders, make recommendations, and serve drinks/food.
- Mixology: Prepare drinks according to recipes, including cocktails, wine, and beer.
- Operations: Maintain, restock, and clean the bar area (glassware, tools, surfaces).
- Compliance: Verify ID, enforce alcohol laws, and manage intoxicated patrons.
- POS Management: Process cash and card payments accurately.
