Flexible Schedule | $18/hr | Temp-to-HireWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in a friendly, supportive office environment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, light customer interaction, and learning new skills.Flexible Schedule Options:
- Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
OR - Monday / Wednesday / Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer approximately 5–6 phone calls per day
- Learn and assist with order entry
- File and close orders accurately
- Work with Excel as needed
- Send and respond to emails professionally
- Process check and credit card payments
