Position Overview:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and other designated spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. Your work will directly impact the guest experience by providing a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Change bed linens, restock toiletries, and ensure all rooms are prepared for guest arrival.
- Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum assigned areas.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
- Ensure that cleaning supplies are used and stored according to safety guidelines.
- Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed to ensure a clean, orderly environment.
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to lift and carry cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and safety protocols.
