Serve as a reliable classroom support professional in the role of Substitute Paraprofessional. In this flexible, as-needed position, you’ll help ensure students receive the attention and structure they need in the absence of regular staff.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience with school-aged children or youth preferred

• Professional demeanor and commitment to student support

• Comfortable managing small groups and individual student needs

• Able to maintain clear communication with staff and students

Daily Responsibilities:

• Support classroom instruction under the direction of certified staff

• Work with students in small groups or one-on-one

• Supervise students during transitions, meals, and recess

• Reinforce behavior expectations and redirect as needed

• Assist with organization and setup of classroom materials
