We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our client’s growing outpatient orthopedic team in Vineland, New Jersey. Location: Vineland, NJ
Position type: Direct-hire
Annual compensation: $80,000-$110,000/year – based on experience
Physical Schedule
•Flexible start times
•Earliest start time: 7:00 AM
•Must be available to work at least two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
•Average patient volume: 17–20 patients per day
Responsibilities
•Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments.
•Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals.
•Modify treatment plans based on patient progress and clinical findings.
•Utilize evidence-based interventions, manual therapy techniques, and functional rehabilitation strategies.
•Supervise and direct Physical Therapist Assistants as appropriate.
•Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
•Educate patients on treatment plans, recovery expectations, and home exercise programs.
•Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to optimize patient outcomes.
•Deliver exceptional patient care in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
•Educate and motivate patients throughout the rehabilitation process.
•Maintain compliance with clinic policies, procedures, and state practice regulations.
•Collaborate effectively with clinical and administrative team members.
•Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented work environment.
•Assist with clinic operations and other duties as assigned by the Director of Physical Therapy.
•Safely handle and transport equipment and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
•Assist patients with mobility and functional activities as needed.
•Stand, bend, squat, and perform other physical requirements associated with patient care.
Qualifications
•Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or qualifying Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
•Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License or eligibility for licensure.
Required
•Strong orthopedic rehabilitation knowledge and clinical skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Benefits eligibility may vary based on employment status.
Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $110,000.00 per year
