Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Manager (Hybrid - Midtown Manhattan, NYC)
Compensation: $90,000-$130,000
Schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days remote
Hours: 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full AR cycle including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and aging analysis
- Lead, mentor, and develop the AR team while setting clear priorities and performance expectations
- Analyze aging and payment trends to identify risk, reduce past-due balances, and improve cash flow
- Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Operations to resolve billing discrepancies and streamline AR processes
- Maintain accurate AR records and documentation while supporting strong internal controls
- Create dashboards and reporting that deliver timely AR metrics, forecasts, and insights for leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive Accounts Receivable experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs; dashboard experience a plus) and familiarity with Power BI
- Experience with SAP, D365, or similar ERP systems
- Proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop an AR team
- Strong process-improvement mindset with the ability to streamline workflows
- Effective communication skills and comfort managing customer escalations
Work Model
- Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote (Midtown Manhattan)
Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $130,000.00 per year
