VNA of Boston is hiring a Resource Community Health RN
Position Summary: Provides home health care to patients and families that focuses on preventing disease, promoting, maintaining or restoring health and minimizing the effects of illness or disability. Supervises HHA’s and works collaboratively with LPN’s.
Pay Range: 91,124.80 to 134,867.20 per year, based on a 40 hour weekly schedule. Will need to adjust for part time schedules.
Sign on Bonus for 40 hours- $20K!
Territory: Dorchester and surrounding areas.

- Current MA RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year in acute care setting or comparable work experience.
- Home Health experience preferred, not required.
