Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.

Conduct background checks and verify references.

Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate seamless onboarding.
Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

Support performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.

Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate employee transitions.
Benefits & Compensation

Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness offerings.

Handle employee questions about benefits and support open enrollment processes.

Assist with payroll and compensation-related activities.
Training & Development
-
Identify learning and development needs; design and facilitate training programs.

Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet employee growth objectives.
Policy & Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal employment laws.

Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
HR Operations

Manage HRIS and ensure the integrity of employee data.

Generate reports and HR metrics for leadership decision-making.

Perform general HR administrative duties and support organizational initiatives.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Prior HR experience through full-time roles or internships is required.
-
Background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration is preferred.

Previous experience in the plastics industry is a plus.
