Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.

  • Collaborate with department managers to assess staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.

  • Conduct background checks and verify references.

  • Prepare and extend job offers, and coordinate seamless onboarding.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.

  • Support performance management processes including goal-setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.

  • Conduct new hire orientations and facilitate employee transitions.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness offerings.

  • Handle employee questions about benefits and support open enrollment processes.

  • Assist with payroll and compensation-related activities.

Training & Development

  • Identify learning and development needs; design and facilitate training programs.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust programs to meet employee growth objectives.

Policy & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal employment laws.

  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.

HR Operations

  • Manage HRIS and ensure the integrity of employee data.

  • Generate reports and HR metrics for leadership decision-making.

  • Perform general HR administrative duties and support organizational initiatives.

QualificationsEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

  • Prior HR experience through full-time roles or internships is required.

  • Background in recruitment, employee relations, compliance, or benefits administration is preferred.

  • Previous experience in the plastics industry is a plus.

  • Solid understanding of HR principles, employment law, and compliance.
