Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a growing team in the Bloomingdale area. In this role, you will manage B2B customer interactions, process orders, and coordinate shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings prior experience in manufacturing or distribution settings and thrives in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders, verify accuracy, and provide order confirmations
- Arrange LTL shipments, including preparing bills of lading and packing slips
- Generate invoices, complete orders, and provide tracking information to customers
- Reconcile shipping invoices against shipments and resolve discrepancies
- Issue customer credits and authorize returns for defective parts
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Business-to-Business (B2B) customer service experience
- Experience in manufacturing and/or distribution environments working with manufacturer reps
- Experience coordinating and booking LTL shipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
