We are looking for a dedicated Logistics Clerk to join our team in Miami, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the efficient preparation and shipment of products to customers. This is a long-term contract position offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation and packaging of customer orders for shipment.

• Ensure all shipping documentation and labels are accurately completed.

• Communicate effectively with customers to confirm shipping details and address any inquiries.

• Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to streamline shipping operations.

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping schedules and deadlines.

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies for shipping tasks.

• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain quality and safety standards.

• Utilize logistics systems and tools to track shipments and update records.

• Conduct routine checks to verify the accuracy of shipped orders.

• Previous experience in logistics or shipping roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and shipments.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Effective communication skills for customer and team interactions.
• Ability to work on-site Monday through Friday as part of a dedicated team.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and tools is preferred.
