Construction Excavation Superintendent
Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $35-45/hour, Depending on Experience
Location: Denver, CO 80207
Experience: 10+ years construction (Heavy Civil, Excavation, Site Work).

The Construction Excavation Superintendent oversees on-site excavation operations, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and on budget, managing a crew and coordinating with subcontractors. They monitor progress and maintain site safety and quality standards.

Construction Excavation Superintendent Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage field crews to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth operations.
- Oversee excavation, grading, utility installation, and site development activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Track progress, manage equipment and material needs, and resolve on-site challenges.
Construction Excavation Superintendent Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in excavation, heavy civil, or site work construction.
- Proven supervisory/leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of excavation equipment, digging, trenching, grading, and site preparation techniques.
- Understanding and adherence to safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
- OSHA 30.
- CDL a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
