Job Details:
\n
• Work in diagnostic imaging department performing CT scans, MRI, body scans, and X-rays
\n• Create detailed pictures of bones, organs, and tissues to provide accurate diagnostic assessments
\n• Call requirements: 4-6 shifts per month on off days
\n• Work with all GE equipment including MRI units, scanners, cameras, x-ray, and fluoroscopy equipment
\n• Use Meditech EMR system for patient documentation
\n• Patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:2 depending on patient stability
\n• Required certifications: ARRT (CT), BLS, and Florida State DOH License
\n• Experience with GE equipment and Meditech strongly preferred
\n• Must provide own black scrubs
\n• Strong communication skills, medical and anatomical knowledge required
\n• Mechanical aptitude and ability to multi-task essential
\n• Work collaboratively with physicians, radiologists, and diverse patient population
\n• Day shift includes director, radiologist, and 6-7 techs
\n• Night shift includes charge RN, on-call team, and 3-4 techs depending on volume

This is a 472-bed acute care medical/surgical facility and healthcare complex specializing in cardiovascular care, neuroscience, oncology services, orthopedics, bariatrics, and women's services. The facility operates as a teaching hospital and ranks among the best in the nation for healthcare excellence. The imaging department features state-of-the-art GE equipment and maintains a 24-bed unit with comprehensive diagnostic capabilities.
