Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for personal lines clients, providing exemplary customer service and personalized assistance.

Policy Management: Assist clients in managing their policies, making updates, and ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Claims Handling: Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring hassle-free and efficient resolution of their concerns.

Consultation: Provide expert advice on policy options, coverage details, and benefits to ensure customer satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or concerns clients may have in a timely and professional manner.

Relationship Building: Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting connections with clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share information, insights, and best practices to enhance service delivery.


Requirements

Licensing: Must possess an active Personal Lines Property & Casualty License.

Experience: Preferably a minimum of 2 years in customer service within the insurance industry.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Focused: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries effectively.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting to achieve common goals.
