We are a growing, multidisciplinary practice combining Physical Therapy, Chiropractic Care, Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, and Sports Rehabilitation under one roof. We’re currently looking for a passionate Physical Therapist (PT/DPT) to join our collaborative team in Little Falls, NJ.

Path 1: Part-Time (Guaranteed 18 Hours / 2 Days)

  • Compensation: $50.00 – $60.00 per hour (based on experience)
  • \n

  • Guaranteed Hours: 18 hours per week with zero weekend shifts
  • \n

  • Set Schedule:
  • \n

  • Tuesdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • \n

  • Thursdays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM & 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • \n

  • Highlights: Enjoy 5 full days off every week while keeping a predictable income. (Additional hours available as caseload grows).

Path 2: Full-Time (40 Hours / Flexible Schedule)

  • Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000 annual salary (based on experience)

  • Schedule: Flexible 40-hour workweek | No Weekends

What You’ll Do

\n

    \n
  • Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Design and implement tailored, evidence-based treatment plans for active orthopedic and sports-related populations.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Provide high-quality manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Track progress and modify treatment plans to help patients reach their functional goals.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Collaborate with our team of chiropractors, acupuncturists, and rehab specialists to maximize patient outcomes.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Maintain clean, timely documentation using our streamlined EMR system.
  • \n

\n

\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

    \n
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or MPT).
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Licensure: Active (or pending) New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Certifications: Current CPR certification.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Mindset: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative spirit, and a passion for sports, orthopedics, and active lifestyle rehab.
  • \n

\n


\n

    \n
  • Experience: Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but motivated new graduates seeking mentorship are highly encouraged to apply!
