We’re seeking someone outgoing and personable, who enjoys interacting with customers and creating a welcoming experience in our showroom.
US Brick currently has an opening for a Customer Service Representative to join our diverse and dynamic team. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations and plays a key role in supporting both our customers and internal teams.
What you will be doing:
- Provide outstanding customer service, both in-store and over the phone
- Handle and drive counter sales of brick and masonry products
- Organize and dispatch trucks and deliveries
- Build strong working relationships with the US Brick outside sales team
- Follow all safety, quality, production, and environmental policies and procedures
- Be a supportive team member by assisting others as needed
- Contribute to overall team success by performing other assigned duties as required
The required skills and education to be successful:
- Proactive, critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Team-player mindset with a collaborative approach
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- High School diploma required
- Inside sales or customer service experience highly preferred
- Experience with Oracle highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
