Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license and eligibility for practice in Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Specialized experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Knowledge of IEP process, goal writing, and progress reporting
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with students, caregivers, and staff
  • Ability to manage caseload efficiently, adapt to changing needs, and work with diverse populations

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide evidence-based evaluations and therapy to K-12 students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress notes
  • Communicate regularly with families and educational staff regarding student progress
  • Support inclusion and accessibility through staff training and classroom strategies
  • Participate in intervention planning meetings and contribute to positive school culture
