Compensation: $1,800–$2,500/month base + $100 per booked demo/deal + 2% commission on closed deals (OTE $4,000–$6,000/month)

We’re growing fast and looking for a driven, confident Cold Calling Account Executive who can open doors, spark conversations, and set high-quality demos with businesses in fitness, recovery, and wellness industries.
What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls and send follow-ups to targeted businesses (gyms, spas, recovery centers, clinics, and sports facilities).
- Present Solbasium’s products and story — including our partnerships with NFL and pro sports organizations.
- Qualify prospects and book demos or sales calls for our account executives.
- Log calls, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot CRM and JustCall.
- Meet daily activity targets (calls, emails, demos booked).
- Work closely with the sales team to refine scripts, objection handling, and outreach strategy.
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in cold calling, B2B sales, or lead generation.
- A confident, engaging phone presence — you can turn a cold call into a conversation.
- Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
- Comfortable making 100 calls per day.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Self-starter attitude — you like autonomy and accountability.
- Bonus: Experience or interest in health, wellness, or sports performance.
