Join our dynamic and energetic 36-bed Orthopedic Unit, where we specialize in caring for patients recovering from spinal surgeries, as well as other medical cases. Our unit is distinguished by a strong sense of teamwork and commitment. We are an expanding team striving to achieve recognition as a Center of Excellence and to obtain Joint Commission Certification for our Spine Program.

Position Overview:

Qualifications Required:
- Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited registered nursing program
- Licensure: Responsible for obtaining and maintaining a current RN license in the state of employment, including meeting all state board of nursing requirements.
- Physical Demands: The role requires the ability to regularly push, pull, or lift up to 50 pounds. Prolonged standing and walking are necessary during each shift, along with the ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed.
- Certifications:
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) or successful completion of the course within 30 days of hire
- Additional unit-specific certifications as required, to be obtained within the designated timeframe.
