Our organization, in collaboration with a prominent health institution, is seeking a GYN oncologist to become part of our collegial team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-focused care for women diagnosed with gynecologic cancers, encompassing evaluation, diagnosis, surgical intervention, and the coordination of multidisciplinary treatment strategies.
- Engage in a collaborative atmosphere alongside Obstetric Gynecologists, GYN-only specialists, minimally invasive gynecologic surgeons, medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, and palliative care providers.
- Execute complex oncologic surgical procedures, including both minimally invasive robotic techniques and traditional open surgeries.
- Participate actively in multidisciplinary tumor boards, care conferences, and treatment planning sessions.
- Contribute to the HIPEC program.
- Work schedule includes 2 clinic days per week, 1-2 days dedicated to OR/Robotics, and 1 flexible day.
- Conduct surgeries primarily at a major hospital, with clinic operations located in a beautifully renovated mill building nearby.
- Explore opportunities to practice in Newport, RI, or Fall River, MA.
- Educate residents and medical students through an academic appointment with a prestigious university.
- H1B visa sponsorship available.

Requirements and Qualifications
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology, with a subspecialty in Gynecologic Oncology.
- Strong commitment to patient-centered care and collaboration.
- Experience in complex surgical procedures.
