Job responsibilities:
- Budget management and reporting
- Responsibility for all employees and scheduling
- Maximizing court and facility utilization
- Event planning and execution
- Organizing company-wide events
- Weekly and ad hoc reporting to ownership
- Overseeing kids and other training groups
- Conducting weekly ownership meetings
- Monitoring and improving Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI)
- Creating cleaning and maintenance schedules
- Conducting team meetings
- Managing corporate subscriptions
- Wellness initiatives
- Handling sponsorships (website, signs, courts)
- Marketing strategy and implementation
- Membership outreach and retention
- Partnerships with schools and companies
- Admin tasks for events, activities, and sponsorships
What we are looking for in a Club Manager:
- A proactive doer with a hands-on attitude.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of padel.
- Personable and social – enjoys building relationships with members and guests.
- Serves as the face of the club, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Proven experience leading and managing staff.
- Solid sales background, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong planning and organizational skills – able to manage schedules, events, and operations efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-service oriented, with the ability to handle feedback and ensure a high-quality member experience.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during peak club hours.
- Previous experience in hospitality, sports, or fitness industry is a strong plus.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
