Bogush Mechanical Company (Public Sewer Service Division) is a leading full-service sewer, drain, and environmental services company serving New Jersey for over 60 years. Our diversified operation includes sewer and drain cleaning, jet/vacuum services, pipeline inspection, grease trap maintenance, and underground utility repair.

Our Grease Trap Division is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to help manage operations while actively contributing to sales growth and customer retention.


Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Dispatcher / Sales & Operations Coordinator who can effectively manage daily field operations while also driving revenue, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring accurate administrative and payroll reporting.


This is a hands-on role requiring strong communication, organization, and accountability. The ideal candidate is both operationally sharp and sales-minded, with a focus on efficiency, profitability, and accuracy.


Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Operations

  • Schedule and dispatch 4–6 field technicians and service vehicles
  • Optimize daily routes for efficiency, profitability, and responsiveness
  • Coordinate planned maintenance, emergency service, and quoted work
  • Monitor job progress and adjust schedules in real-time
  • Ensure all jobs are completed and documented accurately


Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Actively promote and sell grease trap service agreements and maintenance programs
  • Prepare and follow up on proposals and quoted work
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts
  • Build strong relationships with clients to increase retention and repeat business
  • Work with management to drive division growth and meet revenue targets


Customer Service

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers
  • Handle service requests, scheduling, and issue resolution professionally
  • Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with clients
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction


Administrative Accuracy & Payroll Coordination

  • Review and verify technician timesheets and job submissions daily
  • Ensure all labor hours, job details, and service tickets are accurate and complete
  • Submit accurate payroll information in a timely manner
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date service records and documentation
  • Assist with job costing and invoicing accuracy


Team Coordination

  • Work closely with field technicians to ensure:
  • Productivity and efficiency
  • Quality of service
  • Safety compliance
  • Support training and performance improvement efforts


Qualifications

  • 2–5+ years experience in dispatching, operations, or service coordination
  • (plumbing, sewer & drain cleaning, environmental, construction or related service industries preferred)
  • Strong sales mindset with ability to grow accounts and close service work
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and basic office software
  • Ability to ensure high accuracy in timesheets, job reporting, and payroll submissions Requirements

  • Ability to pass background check and drug screening

  • Monday – Friday
