This is a remote position.
As a Remote Data Processing Specialist at Storage Protectors, you will be responsible for accurately processing, validating, and managing insurance-related data that supports enrollment, claims, and policy administration. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and data integrity across our insurance programs.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately process and input data from a variety of documents (e.g., application forms, claims submissions, policy updates) into our internal systems.

Identify, validate, and correct discrepancies to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

Support claims processing workflows by extracting and entering detailed information.

Organize and maintain digital document repositories, ensuring files are stored accurately and securely.

Conduct routine data audits and generate reports to track processing performance and workflow trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including underwriting, claims, and customer service—to resolve data-related issues.

Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and ensure compliance with data protection protocols.
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or similar roles—preferably in insurance or B2B service environments.

Strong typing/computing skills with high accuracy.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and database or CRM platforms.

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
