This is a remote position.

As a Remote Data Processing Specialist at Storage Protectors, you will be responsible for accurately processing, validating, and managing insurance-related data that supports enrollment, claims, and policy administration. This role is key to maintaining operational excellence and data integrity across our insurance programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and input data from a variety of documents (e.g., application forms, claims submissions, policy updates) into our internal systems.

  • Identify, validate, and correct discrepancies to ensure data consistency and accuracy.

  • Support claims processing workflows by extracting and entering detailed information.

  • Organize and maintain digital document repositories, ensuring files are stored accurately and securely.

  • Conduct routine data audits and generate reports to track processing performance and workflow trends.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including underwriting, claims, and customer service—to resolve data-related issues.

  • Adhere to strict confidentiality standards and ensure compliance with data protection protocols.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.

  • Proven experience in data processing, data entry, or similar roles—preferably in insurance or B2B service environments.

  • Strong typing/computing skills with high accuracy.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and database or CRM platforms.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability.

  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.

  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace for focused work
