Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representative
Base Salary + Uncapped Commission | Company Truck + Gas Paid

We are hiring driven, disciplined Door-to-Door Roofing Sales Representatives who take pride in hard work, persistence, and helping homeowners after storm damage. This is a people-first, results-based sales role where your income is directly tied to your effort.
Responsibilities
- Knock doors in assigned territories and build relationships with homeowners
- Educate property owners on storm damage and insurance claim options
- Schedule and confirm roof inspections (you do not perform inspections)
- Collaborate with internal project managers to guide claims to approval
- Follow a structured, proven sales process using company CRM and training
Compensation and Benefits
- $52,000 Base Salary (Non-Recoverable Draw)
- $100 Paid for Each Confirmed Inspection
- 13% Commission on Approved Claims (average payout around $1,000 per closing)
- Most representatives exceed base salary within six months and reach six figures in their first year
- Company Truck Program: $89 per week (personal use allowed)
- Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
- 401(k) available after 90 days of employment
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Peak activity hours are 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
- Some Saturdays as needed depending on territory and weather

Ideal Candidate
- Comfortable initiating face-to-face conversations with homeowners
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection
- Backgrounds in roofing, solar, alarms, pest control, telecom, or automotive sales are helpful but not required
- Prefers earning based on results rather than time worked
Interview Process
- Resume review and qualification screen
- 30-minute video interview with internal recruiter
- Final interview with Sales Director
- Select start date and attend onboarding (two sessions per month)
