SLP Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication and swallowing disorders in students (PreK12; Flexible caseloads available).
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide direct therapy services individually or in small groups.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student communication needs in the classroom.
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility determinations, and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes.
- Support social communication skills and language development across academic settings.
Qualifications:
- Required: North Dakota SLP License orSLP Paraprofessional Certificate issued by the NDDPI
- Preferred: Previous school-based experience
