Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
As a General Production Worker, you will operate and maintain production lines to established standards, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will also be responsible for meeting productivity standards and fully utilizing all ISO procedures. Your role includes completing required documentation, troubleshooting quality or productivity issues, making necessary machinery adjustments, and suggesting process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain assigned production line to maintain safety, quality, and productivity.
- Prepare for roll production, doffing rolls, packaging rolls, and handling line start-ups.
- Complete necessary documentation such as patrols and housekeeping sheets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to quality or productivity involving the team or machinery.
- Adjust machinery as needed to ensure optimal performance.
- Propose improvements to existing processes or procedures.
Essential Skills
- Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.
- Ability to operate and maintain machinery effectively.
- Proficiency in completing and managing documentation.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Old Hickory, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $20.50/hr.
