About Us:
The Tyson Law Firm is a Dallas-based personal injury, criminal defense, and family law firm focused on results and growth. We are expanding our firm personal and looking for someone who can help us build strong referral relationships in the community and organize and run events.
Position Overview:
This is NOT a traditional marketing or desk job.
This role is for someone who is comfortable meeting people, building relationships, and generating business. You will be responsible for developing referral sources such as body shops, chiropractors, and past clients, marketing the firm thru in person events, and helping drive new cases into the firm.
What Youll Do:
Visit and build relationships with:
Auto body shops
Chiropractors and medical providers
Maintain and grow referral partnerships
Follow up with past clients and referral sources
Set meetings and lunches for the attorney
Assist with events and community outreach
Track all outreach and relationships
Coordinate and run marketing events.
Signing up clients on nights and weekends as needed.
Prepare regular reports on market activities and Roi. Ex. Daily report-
On locations visited, promotional items given out, referral sources spoken to etc.
Must speak and write English.
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Comfortable walking into businesses and starting conversations
Organized and consistent with follow-up
Self-starter who does not need constant supervision
Sales, outreach, or relationship-building experience is a plus
Event planning background etc. a plus.
Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Base salary: $40,000 $55,000.00 (depending on experience)
Performance bonuses
