About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Patient Information Coordinator to join a private specialty physician office in Monroeville. This role is ideal for someone with prior medical front desk and patient registration experience who thrives in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Responsibilities

Handle patient registration and check-in

Process imaging service authorizations

Answer and manage multi-line phone systems

Collect copays and verify insurance

Prepare and maintain paper charts
-
Support front desk operations and patient inquiries
Qualifications
-
1+ year of medical office front desk experience required
-
Prior patient registration experience required
-
Urology experience helpful, but not required
-
Strong communication and organizational skills
-
Ability to learn new tasks quickly in a fast-paced setting

Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel

High energy, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Schedule
-
Monday-Thursday: Start between 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM
-
Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (every week)

Navy blue scrubs (annual scrub reimbursement up to $125 upon conversion).
