Position: HR & Admin Executive

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Location: West Windsor, NJ. Onsite all 5 days/week

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Executive to manage front desk operations and support both administrative and HR functions.

This clerical role provides essential support to daily office operations through document handling, scheduling, and light administrative tasks. The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable using business software tools to support staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience and be comfortable handling both in-office and outdoor tasks.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Front desk management: greeting visitors, handling calls, issuing ID cards, maintaining reception area
  • Administrative tasks: filing, printing, scanning, document organization, coordinate travel logistics
  • Outdoor errands: visiting banks, post offices, and other offices for official tasks
  • Vendor coordination: processing payments, tracking invoices
  • Asset and inventory tracking: for office supplies, purchases and equipment
  • Follow-up with employees and vendors for documentation, payments, and compliance
  • Supporting HR with onboarding and employee records
  • Utilize MS Teams and MS Outlook to coordinate communications and calendars.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth administrative workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior HR or clerical or administrative support experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and general computer use.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
